With the acquisition, Tegris's team, technology, and customer base join LIV, the industry’s fastest-growing ITM and fire prevention software company with more than 325 AHJs across the US and Canada.

An ITM industry pioneer, Tegris built a loyal customer base with strong AHJ retention through its commitment to serving the entire ITM and prevention ecosystem, including fire departments, inspection companies, and property owners. As part of the acquisition, all Tegris customers will upgrade at no additional cost to the LIV platform—gaining a superset of capabilities including enhanced functionality, an intuitive user experience, world-class security and reliability, and a large, fully resourced team to support them.

Tegris founder Andrew Moren will serve as a Board Advisor to LIV, Jim Ribail has been named Vice President, Strategic Accounts, and joins the LIV executive team.
