Does LIV really cost nothing for the Fire Department?

Yes. The platform is provided at no direct cost to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). The system is sustained by a nominal filing fee paid by third-party inspection companies when they submit reports.

Will this create more work for my IT team?

No. LIV is a cloud-native solution that requires no local server installation. We handle the data migration, setup, and ongoing support, minimizing the burden on your city's IT resources. Contractors can still use their preferred inspection tools, as LIV accepts digital 3rd party ITM reports from any approved FPS contractor.

Can we manage both contractor reports and our own internal inspections?
